You think after Hurricane Katrina, the depressed residents of New Orleans would 've had an epiphany and thought "you know I've been given a second chance on life,maybe I should get the fuck out of here and stay safe, clean, dry and drug-free."
Oh, but of course they are so human. They came back attempted to rebuild, some places affected the worst will no doubt be totally gone this time. Its as if to say Gustav is coming back to "finish the job". Some residents and business employees(mostly bars and restaurants)plan to stick it out as well.
The mayor, this time made sure to remind everyone that "there is no Superdome,to run to-GET OUT NOW!"
I don't know about you, but this you can't blame on Bush this time, just plain ignorance and stupidity.
