"Dark Knight is looking for "Titanic" blood!!

Umm for all the girls who are still in love with "Titanic" well i have some bad news, "Dark Knight" is coming after your dearly loved movie like the Hulk did when he went on a warpath to kill Tony Stark/Iron Man in "world War Hulk" series.
In that story, the Hulk after seeing everthing he loved destroyed, went on a warpath towards Earth, killing and destroying anything in his way til he reached Iron Man.
Like that story, "Dark Knight" has surpassed the Lord of the rings trilogy as well as the all of the Pixar films leaving only 8 more, with "Titanic" at the top of the list.
Will Batman with the Joker's help sink the Unsinkable ship??
More details below...... CYA VK@NYTE

'Dark Knight' soaring toward 'Titanic'
“The Dark Knight” has been out for 17 days, and it’s already No. 8 on the all-time North American box-office chart.

With almost $395 million grossed, the Batman movie has passed all of the “Lord of the Rings” movies, all of the “Harry Potter” movies and all of the Pixar movies. The seven in front of it are:

1. “Titanic,” $601 million
2. “Star Wars,” $461 million
3. “Shrek 2,” $441 million
4. “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial,” $435 million
5. “Star Wars: Episode I—The Phantom Menace,” $431 million
6. “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest,” $423 million
7. “Spider-Man,” $404 million

“The Dark Knight” almost certainly will reach No. 2, and it has a shot at passing “Titanic.”

Granted, the movie biz is all about dollar figures rather than the number of tickets sold, which would be a more accurate gauge of how many people have seen a film. Factor in rising ticket prices and the popularity of the more expensive IMAX presentations, and “The Dark Knight” becomes a tad less jaw-dropping.

In Box Office Mojo’s all-domestic box office chart adjusted for inflation, “The Dark Knight” is No. 66. (The top 10 are, in order: “Gone with the Wind,” “Star Wars,” “The Sound of Music,” “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial,” “The Ten Commandments,” “Titanic,” “Jaws,” “Dr. Zhivago,” “The Exorcist” and “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.”)

Still, grossing almost $400 million after three weekends (with another $200 million overseas) is unheard of. Forget about marketing—this means that the word-of-mouth is tremendous and that people are seeing “The Dark Knight” over and over.

END STORY.
