Jay- Z's reps decided they would treat him at a local club in chelsea, however when they got the bill- about $1,500, they decided to stiff the establishment. Jay-z on the other hand did the honorable thing knowing that he wasn,t in charge of the tab, tipped $ 500 to the waitress then left.
It just goes to show you, only rich rappers tip.
